On Comixology

Posted by sohmer on March 13, 2013

This morning, we released LICD Volume 1: I Have My Moments on Comixology. (I’m going to go with the assumption that you know what Comixology is…you do, right?)

We’ve been working with Comixology for the last few months to get all of our titles on there, both old and new, and we racked our brains to find a way to release LICD on there without it being the same content you can get here on the site.

And then someone (probably me) came up with the idea to put out our books, with all the commentary, sketches and extra content you’d find in the printed versions.

From here on in,  Comixology will have a new LICD book on their system every 3 months until we’re caught up to where we are now.

If you haven’t had a chance to peruse one of our books before due to your hatred or love of trees, this’d be the opportunity.

This is great news! I’ve been wanting to buy the books for a long time now, but I can’t justify adding more physical books to my life – I don’t have room for the ones I already own (and as a result are looking to replace THEM with eBook versions). This is awesome! <3

Does this include Beginnings and Noir Et Blanc?

It does, though Beginnings will be on a different schedule. I’ll let you folks know once it’s set in stone.

As long as they keep going on the site too! I use one of the Beginnings comics every week in my scheduling emails for work!

I feel your pain Sohmer, upon hearing that there was a new pope I instantly checked my mailbox and wondered why my write-in campaign hadn’t worked =[
