So I work in a Call center doing printer support. Here are a couple of pictures sent in when a customer was complaining of a jam message and angry because the printer was failing to work.

She just kept say " But I have a dead line dammit and your printer is not working!"

This was not caused by anyone but the mouse involved. The mouse had crawled into the printer and when the printer tried to print.. squish..

The humor for me is not that an animal was hurt/killed but that the bitch on the phone was blaming my agent telling him that this was "his fault"

Trying to explain to this lady or have her understand that we have no control over the nesting habits of her rodent population just makes me shake my head.

The sheer stupidity of some people and refusal to accept rational though is what makes me laugh.
