Yes extremely wellmade production. The question is just how expensive the GFX is. But probably less that doing the scene "right"

Considerably so if you dont factor in processing time/power and the time required to put the video together. I'm assuming of course that these guys made it for fun. Either way ridiculously cool and well put together

The cost for compositing a scene like this won't be a fraction of getting tens of actors in there, not to mention the costs for the vehicles, on-set explosions, set building, wages for set builders, catering, transport, ...
